I had a memorable stay at the spa. The staff was very professional and kind, the massage was so good and the prices were great as well. The thermal water also did well on all my injuries from lifting weights for years … I would like to thank the spa manager, Mr. Ersen, for taking good care of us. I would visit this wonderful place again.

We came to Hattusa Thermal Hotel Saray for the second time with my family, this year compared to last year. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude and satisfaction to Ms. "Gül" for the wonderful massage she applied after the Turkish bath service. I recommend it to everyone.... I would also like to thank our spa manager for this quality of service....

We went to the hotel as 2 adults and 2 children. Unfortunately, inexperienced and inexperienced personnel work from start to finish. In summary; -Rez on the phone. When I asked for a room with a bathtub from the staff, who told me that there were bathtubs and shower cabins in the rooms, they said that they could help me depending on availability. When I went to the hotel, they said that all our rooms have shower cabins. - The restaurant part is a complete fiasco. When I let the room pay the price of the meal you eat, we sign the bill that comes, but the prices on the menu and the prices on the bill are different. When we realized this and conveyed it to the staff, they replied, "How come?" They said, "I'm sorry." and they said they had to buy at the high price, which is the price in the system. -On the second day, we experienced the restaurant incident again. This time, they wrote down the bill of 945 TL as 1160 TL and brought it to our table, writing down what someone else had eaten. -Although there are different massage options and different prices in the Spa Department, there is not even the slightest difference between the 550 TL Swedish massage and the 700 TL antistress massage. The massage, the oil used and the duration are all the same. -The big pool is cleaned once a week, the men's section is on Tuesdays, the women's section is on Wednesdays. This cleaning once a week is not enough, assuming that dozens of people come from outside. The view of the water becomes blurry after the 3rd day. So, if you go to the hotel on Thursday or so, you have to enter dirty water for 4 days. -Room cleaning comes before we leave the room. Even though we said it would be available between 10 and 12, they did not come at that time and came back at 13.00, when we returned to the room, and we did not accept it. - Finally, even though we repeatedly told them to issue the invoice corporately and provided our invoice information, they also issued the invoice individually and sent it. It is proof of how indifferent and inexperienced the staff is. In summary, would I go again, of course not. People in the surrounding area use the hotel on a daily basis, mostly the spa section. Not suitable for accommodation. There is only one free breakfast provided in the room, it is extremely poor and there is very little variety.

Every unit of the hotel is very clean and well-maintained. I had a 10-piece massage package at the spa center. I renewed it again because I received spa services in many high-end hotels, thanks to Ms. Gül, Turkey's best massage therapist, but I have never seen the hygiene, care and attention in this hotel anywhere. The thermal pool comes unfiltered. I would also like to thank Mr. Muttalip, the spa manager, who is proof of his naturalness. I hope you continue to provide your services and I recommend everyone to experience this hotel. Best regards
